Shohan
Rahman

As the VP of Channel Sales at Rain, Shohan oversees partnerships and the continuous relationships with the companies that integrate into the platform. At Rain, he champions financial freedom for employees, a passion that resonates throughout his diverse career in higher education, human capital management, and payments. He has continuously emphasized building strong organizational culture to drive growth. His prior role was a global sales leader at Square where he managed key initiatives including integrating Afterpay SMB sales team, developing global Channel sales partnerships , and lead the Incubator Sales team’s strategic projects. He transformed Square’s enterprise sales division into a world-class organization focused on large payment solutions.

A 2007 graduate of the University of St. Thomas, Shohan has consistently driven organizational success through strategic partnerships and a people-first approach.He has also completed an MBA and an MAED focused on Adult Education and Training. Through his venture, Sho FWRD, he’s dedicated to sharing his insights and fostering impactful conversations, making him a dynamic and engaging speaker ready to inspire your audience with practical strategies and real-world experience.

Rahman

Showron is a seasoned Total Rewards and HR leader with extensive experience driving people strategies for global companies across energy, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Over his career, he has led organizations through transformation and growth by designing innovative compensation, benefits, and HR programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Currently, as the Global Head of Total Rewards at Deckers Brands, he oversees the strategic design and execution of compensation and benefits programs, aligning them with business objectives to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. His role includes advising executives on equity programs, succession planning, and market-competitive reward strategies to support a culture of collaboration and growth.

Prior to Deckers Brands, he held leadership roles at Crocs Inc, BPX Energy and Exterran Corporation. With his expertise in executive compensation, market analysis, performance management, and M&A, he brings a comprehensive perspective to HR strategy and execution.

Samantha
LaPointe

Samantha LaPointe has secured her spot in Enablement for the last 3+ years at DailyPay as the Director of GTM Enablement. Starting her career in retail management and outside sales, she quickly learned about training and development, the power of a structured onboarding program, and the need for coaching and mentorship to achieve long-term results and build a strong culture. In her current role, she scaled the Enablement team from 3 traditional team members to a team of 10 providing a multifaceted support model for GTM teams. She’s combined deal desk functions with traditional training and content efforts to move the needle and make a true business impact by shortening time to ramp and indirectly resulting in more closed business. She was recently appointed a Sales Enablement Collective (SEC) Ambassador and speaks annually at the Sales Enablement Summit (SES) event in New York City.

Prior to DailyPay, she worked in sales at Paychex and Cintas as well as retail at Bloomingdales, and Marciano.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending any time with her fiancé and their 3 cats. She’s passionate about health and fitness, and one of her biggest hobbies is writing. She’s recently written and published a historical fiction novel, Forever, One Day.
